Stockland Halcyon land lease communities deliver 22% margin as sales easily top one a day

In releasing its FY25 financial results, Stockland reported a 171% leap in full-year profit to $826 million ($305M 12 months ago) Its land lease communities brand Halcyon sold 573 homes, more than one a day, in the year at a 22% development operating profit margin and received $21 million in rental.
