BaptistCare transitions home care operations to AlayaCare software platform

1 min read

In one of the first change projects of the newly merged BaptistCare, the group has transitioned its Victorian and Tasmanian home care teams across to the clinical and financial software of AlayaCare.

The software is now available to more than 800 employees, making home care services more efficient, flexible, and client-focused.

"Delivered under tight timeframes and a lot of pressure, this project has been a true team effort," the residential aged care, home care, retirement living and community housing provider said on social media.

"Our home care, IT, finance, and operations teams worked side by side — showing incredible collaboration, determination, and focus to get us ready for the upcoming Aged Care reforms on 1 July."

BaptistCare announced completion of the three-way merger between Baptcare (VIC, SA, TAS), Baptist Care SA and BaptistCare (NSW, ACT, WA) in March this year.
