Fresh from buying its first village site in South Australia, Living Choice has bought 6 hectares on the Sunshine Coast for $20 million with the earth already being broken to build 600 approved ILUs. This is on top of their prestigious Twin Waters and Kawana Island villages located just 8 kilometres either side of this new site in Maroochydores CBD, but overlooking water. Living Choice will have just on 900 ILUs across the three villages, all at the top end of the market, and within a 17 kilometre strip. Living Choice is positioned as the largest private operator of villages in Australia.
