The South Australian aged care provider has launched a new advertising campaign highlighting the everyday challenges of ageing and the positive impact of home care services.
Titled “A Little Help Can Be a Big Help”, the advertising campaign is inspired by real-life feedback from residents.
Linda Feldt, CEO of the Not For Profit ACH Group, said, “Inspired by customer insight, the campaign explores how ageing often unfolds gradually through small but relatable challenges like reaching high shelves or lifting heavy loads of washing.
“Each scene is carefully crafted to reinforce the message that small supports can lead to big improvements and help people to remain independent for longer."
She hoped South Australians will remember the advertisements when they feel they are ready for home care.
Developed with creative agency Sauce Creative Agency, Sophie McGrath PR, and Seed Advertising, the campaign is now live. Variations will appear on television, digital billboards, and radio.
ACH Group, which announced a branding refresh in November last year, revealed in July it is selling 19 retirement villages to ASX-listed affordable housing provider Aspen Group, leaving the operator with 10 retirement villages. ACH Group also operates seven aged care homes in Adelaide and the McLaren Vale, 35km south of Adelaide, and three health hubs.
