ThomsonAdsett partners with local Australian and NZ firms to expand its seniors’ accommodation reach

1 min read

Australia’s leading seniors’ living architects have signed association and partnership agreements with Silver Thomas Hanley in WA, Cheesman Architects in SA and Stephen Geason from Cykel Architecture in Tasmania.

Ranked the No. 1 ‘Elders’ architects globally, the homegrown firm has a similar arrangement planned for NT, while an association has been formed with local architects Warren & Mahoney in NZ as they pursue future seniors living projects in Auckland.

It’s a model that is already paying off. ThomsonAdsett has large projects planned with Juniper and Baptistcare in WA and a number of projects in Tasmania – including Australia’s first dedicated dementia village which is being built by the Not For Profit Glenview Community Services.

“In essence this approach completes our national circuit with physical location and virtual network of aligned companies where ThomsonAdsett remains at the forefront of Seniors Living design leadership,” Managing Director Chris Straw tells us.
