Estia set to open $25 million aged care facility in Sydney’s south

The 72-bed facility in Kogarah, 14km south of the Sydney CBD, is due to open in March and will be the second big aged care home for the area after Greengate’s St Patrick’s Green facility opened last month.

The new home will accommodate residents from Estia’s Blakehurst facility, which is being closed and rebuilt into a 108-bed home, as well as new residents.

Estia currently has 68 aged care facilities and over 5,900 beds across Australia.
