Rosewood launches 120-bed aged care facility in Leederville – but WA still 3,000 beds short

The two-storey facility was built by WA property and construction group Pindan at a cost of $40M – that’s around $333K per bed.

Rosewood Chief Executive Officer Mario Zulberti said the facility would help to address the estimated shortage of 3,000 aged care beds.

We would say they still have a way to go.
