52% of ECH’s upcoming vertical village Encore Apartments in Adelaide sold

With prices for a two-bedroom unit in ECH’s Vertical Village Encore Apartments in Modbury, 16km northeast of Adelaide’s CBD, starting at $215,000, 52% have been sold while still in development.


“The response to date has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Luke Say, ECH’s Manager Community and Operational Development.

He said the vertical village concept was popular with seniors. Encore Apartments is ECH’s third vertical village after Manson Towers in Glenelg and Bowden Towers in Adelaide’s CBD.

Encore Apartments features 77 2-bedroom apartments, each with a private balcony. All apartments have one secure underground parking spot.

ECH’s Encore Apartments are scheduled for completion in early October.
