Since 1962 he has been building the family firm Ray White into the largest residential real estate agency in Australasia, with over 1,000 officers across eight countries, employing over 10,000 people. Brian was also one of the founders of CB Richard Ellis now CBRE - and was an early investor in realestate.com.au.
