Ingenia to transform caravan park on NSW Mid-North Coast into 155-home community

The land lease developer has lodged an application to redevelop the Palms Oasis Caravan Park at Blueys Beach, 286km north of Sydney.

Ingenia purchased the park for $7.5 million back in November 2016 as part of its capital raising in June that year.

They have good reason to redevelop the site. Their Latitude One community at nearby Anna Bay is now onto its fourth stage after the first three sold out.
