Ozcare lodges plans for second stage of co-located Sunshine Coast village

The Not for Profit has filed an application to build 15 two-bedroom units and a community centre at its 37-unit Currimundi Gardens Retirement Village and its adjoining Caroline Chisholm aged care facility, 5km north of Caloundra.

The aged care provider currently has just two villages, but as we reported here, wants to build a $200 million vertical village and aged care facility in Brisbane – just 500 metres from the 19-storey Aveo Newstead.
