James Moses, director of JMGM, has been forced to amend his $14.5 million plans with Central Coast Council to redevelop a sloping site, just metres from Terrigal Esplanade and beach, to feature self-contained one-, two- and three-bedroom seniors apartments.

The amendments to the Community Apartment Project (CAPs) would see the number of proposed units reduced from 25 to 21 and a 3m reduction in the height of the development to comply with development standards.

James also agreed to provide greater setbacks and reconfigure rooms to reduce overlooking.

Since his amendment was made public, three further objections have been lodged with council.
