The sales follow the entire 110-lot first stage of the golf and residential community selling out in less than a year.

Nine of 10 premium homes in the project’s golf-course-fronting Fairways release, priced from $965,000, also sold in just one day with the remaining home sold within a week of release.

The community will eventually be home to over 500 residences and a $15 million Lifestyle and Recreation Precinct – an impressive achievement considering Halcyon only purchased the land from Mirvac in October 2016.

Homes at Halcyon Greens are priced from $469,000.
