UnitingCare NSW has announced a 10 building/352 apartment village to be built in Shellharbour, one hour south of Sydney, valued at $119 million. They have also submitted plans to Council to build a $24.4 million/66 unit village across four buildings at Blackbutt, behind the Shellharbour City Centre. This development neighbours their 100 resident Elanora care facility.
