17 homes in Stage 1 of the land lease gated community Majestic Tamworth, adjoining the Greg Norman and Bob Harrison-designed Longyard Golf, are under construction, in the city, 420km north of Sydney.
The Over-50s resort, which will eventually contain 98 villas built over 5 stages, and has five different home styles to offer. Prices start from $479,000.

The development is the brainchild of Brisbane-based property developer Bob Andersen, Managing Director of Property Mastermind.
“House sales are continuing, and the first houses are being built offsite in our factory,” said Bob, who runs property development courses and writes books.
“We are negotiating on two other sites, but too early to discuss.”
