Roger Kwok has continued the steady expansion of his Arcadia Group of villages in WA, with the purchase of the 71 ILU Craigview Grove village in Bicton, just south of Perth, taking the Group to 545 units. This is the first acquisition since Angus Kukura moved across to Arcadia from St Ives Group after 16 years. Angus is now Arcadias GM Assets, Sales & Marketing. Arcadia now has a development pipeline of 200 units and is also looking for more acquisitions in WA and elsewhere. Both Roger and Angus have been very active in the RVA and now Roger is on the board of the National Retirement Living Council.
