Total Construction contract signals go-ahead for Ashfield Baptist Homes's first village
"The project is now progressing towards construction, with site possession planned for mid-March 2026 and a two-year delivery program," Total Construction said.
Five buildings of one to three storeys in height will house 46 boutique two- and three-bedroom homes and residens amenities in The Cunningham in the suburb, 8km west of Sydney's CBD.
Total Construction announced in December last year they have been awarded the contract for the design and construction of Ashfield Baptist Homes' first retirement living village.
"Our Design Manager, David Alessi, has been closely involved with the project for many years. Total Construction has been involved under a preferred contractor arrangement for the past six months, overcoming design complexities and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including the Design and Building Practitioners Act," Total Construction said.
