John Wood’s Providence Lifestyle Resorts wants to extend fourth land lease estate near Perth, WA

1 min read

With the Over 50s lifestyle resort in Piara Waters, 20km south-southeast of Perth, now selling manufactured homes in Stage 2 and Stage 3, the land lease stalwart has launched similar resorts in Henley Brook, 22km north-east of Perth; Mandurah, a coastal city 72km south of Perth, and Haynes, 31km south-southeast of Perth.

Now Providence Lifestyle Resorts has applied to the Shire of Murray to build an additional 35 “high quality, resort-style dwellings” at Mandurah Lifestyle Village in Furnissdale.

These would form Stage Two of its village, with the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel granting approval for 79 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes and community facilities in stage one in 2021, which are now on sale.

John founded Providence Lifestyle Group in 2020, with fellow directors John Green, James Turnbull, and Brad Denison. He founded National Lifestyle Villages, which was sold to GIC and Tasman Capital Partners in 2018, when he became Director of Business Development at the then new entity Serenitas.
