A rare positive planning story. After being knocked back in 2010 by Wollongong Council, Warrigal Care has had its plan for two six storey buildings housing 70 ILU’s, supported by both the Council and NSW Planning. This is on top of approval a month ago for a 120 bed care facility on the same site. Located adjacent to a golf course and open beach, all ILU’s have ocean views.
