Parkes (NSW) Council has approved a 22 hectare village with a planned 644 ILUs. Local developers, the Hodges family, have been working on the project for 8 years. Stage One will include medical facilities, pool, spa and community centre. They have engaged Development Focus and Sales as project managers and RenArt Consulting to market the development. They claim to have over 300 expressions of interest. Construction is to commence mid 2012 and completion by 2018.
