29 village Eureka Group profitable and enters care services

Rental village operator Eureka Group has resurrected the remnants of the Village Life and SunnyCove disasters where multiple mums and dads investors lost their investments post GFC. Based on the Gold Coast and led by Greg Rekers, they have reduced their village portfolio from about 40 to 29 villages and now boast 90% occupancy and 80% take-up of meal services and profitability (though slim for a public company). Rekers has now embarked on delivering care packages to his rental residents.
