The Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (AACQA) has announced its new Consumer Experience Reports for aged care homes will be available later this week.
The AACQA interviews over 50,000 aged care residents every year as part of its accreditation assessments.
The reports will show responses to questions such as ‘Do you like the food here?’ and ‘Do you feel safe here?’ and will support the existing accreditation reports of each home that are already published.
