Adding to two Central Coast villages it already owns, Kiah Lodge and Karagi Court, Australian Unity has purchased Elderslee Retirement Village at Bateau Bay. They had been the manager of the village for the community group Elderslee Foundation.
The village has 96 units. Happily sale funds are going to be used by Elderslee to build a new wellness centre to service the residents of the village and the local community, including health care consulting rooms, respite facility pool, gymnasium and meeting rooms.
