Ms Hills received the Medal (OAM) of the Order of Australia in the General Division in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List last week for her services to aged care.
The experienced CEO has been with the Not For Profit provider since 2009, and has been working in the industry for over 30 years.
She was one of the driving forces behind the formation of Leading Aged Care Services (LASA) and says she was “absolutely honoured” to receive the award.
Benetas Chairman of the Board, John McKenzie, also paid tribute to Ms Hills for her role supporting the development of women leaders.
“She is an active advocate of women in business and the community,” he said.
