Bethanie (WA) invests $58M in its 7th village and care project

The WA retirement and care arm of the Churches of Christ, Bethanie, has commenced construction of a 112 bed care facility plus 62 apartment village.

Located in Gwelup, north of the Perth CBD, the apartments are described as luxurious. Half the 62 have taken deposits despite completion not due until early 2017.

This is a standout result in a flat WA retirement village market where residential home sales are stagnant in all but the best suburbs.
