Bret Ducker’s Encore Care opens first of three care facilities in Cairns

Bret Duckers, CEO of the Encore Care Group, is being very strategic. This week he opened the 144 bed Caravonica Waters, plus Edmonton Gardens, Manoora is planned for February 2018 and Edge Hill Orchards planned for June 2018.

Cairns is forecast to have 40% of its residents aged 60+ within 20 years.

Graeme Croft also has three care facilities in development in Cairns, in Manoora, Edmonton and Caravonica.

Ducker is an ex-Rothschilds merchant banker. He spent one year working with aged care advisory business Mirus before the last two years building the Encore Care business.
