ECH Chief Executive David Panter and Seasons Aged Care’s Chief Executive Officer Nick Loudon have been appointed to the board after a ballot at LASA’s National Congress last week.
Mr Panter, who has headed the SA Not For Profit since 2015, had currently been acting as the Chair of the LASA SA/NT Member Advisory Committee, while Mr Loudon was a Board Director of LASA Queensland from 2013-2016.
Mr Panter’s appointment does make an interesting case for how times change. When Not For Profit operators in QLD and VIC defected from Aged & Community Services Australia (ACSA) in 2012 to form LASA, it was ECH’s then-CEO Rob Hankins who took the call as ACSA President.
