Derelict Brisbane school set to become aged care and community facilities

The site of the former Oxley Secondary College

Economic Development Queensland is running two information sessions for the community on plans to redevelop the 19.28ha site of the former Oxley Secondary College, 10km southwest of the Brisbane CBD, into an aged care facility.

The School has been vacant since 2000. The project, which is based on previous input from the local community, would also include 60% public space.
