Western Australian Minister for Planning and Lands, John Carey, said the release of the land for sale highlights the State Government’s strategic approach to infill development and commitment to creating more age-friendly communities across Perth’s growing north-eastern corridor.
The 6,692msq infill site at 45 Kerwin Way in Lockridge, has been rezoned to Special Use Zone 29 under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme 17, which specifically supports the development of an independent living complex and/or residential aged care facility.
Registrations of Interest (ROI) are open until Tuesday, 1 July 2025.
As part of the ROI process, interested proponents will be asked to outline their development vision, commercial terms, delivery capability and relevant experience.
