ECH celebrates a 40 year resident

Rob Hankins, CEO of South Australia’s community based village operator ECH, told the conference that they recently celebrated both the 100th birthday as well as the 40th anniversary of a resident with ECH.
Combined with telehealth and Skype, will technology challenge the core offers of security and social support offered by retirement villages? Will potential residents simply now stay in the family home?
