FWA: Priest can lodge claim for unfair aged care dismissal

Fair Work Australia (FWA) has ruled that a priest is an employee and can proceed with an unfair dismissal claim. Father Andrea Bellia made the unfair dismissal claim against Assisi Centre, a Victorian aged-care centre that caters for Italian-Australians, after his job was terminated.
