GBD generates strong sales for Gibraltar Park village with unique social media strategy

NSW based village marketing agency GBD has written and produced a four minutes song as part of its social media campaign for their client Gibraltar Park, a greenfield village development in Bowral (outside of Sydney).

In the two-day public launch of the 20 acre site, 22 deposits were taken off the plan from the 350 people attending.

Jeff McGarn (photographed with his staff) of GBD reports they invested heavily in targeting a very specific potential customer, being sophisticated and slightly younger residents of Bowral and Sydney. The song, played over a video, positions ‘the bad and the good of ageing’ with no mention of Gibraltar Park – just images in the video. See/hear it HERE.

Multitalented, Jeff both wrote and sang the song accompanied by professional musicians.
The developer is Paul Singer (with partners), who is also the developer of Mount Gilied Estate which GBD has managed the marketing for the past five years.
