Goodwin announces an Australian-first village and affordable housing initiative with ACT land purchase

ACT-based community Not for Profit village and care operator Goodwin Aged Care Services, has announced a partnership with affordable housing provider Community Housing Canberra (CHC).

They understand it is a first, where Goodwin will design, construct and operate the development, with a number of units reserved for CHC to provide low-income housing for seniors. The location is in Downer, a suburb just 5km north of the CBD.
