Homestyle Aged Care Services has opened Sunset Views Manor, a new aged care home in the west of Melbourne.

Featuring 120 rooms, the residence uses a small house design with seven houses of up to 18 residents each, including one home specifically for people with dementia.

Homestyle CEO Tim Humphries said he was thrilled to officially cut the ribbon on Sunset Views.

“This is the first and only Aged Care home based in Tarneit, in Melbourne's booming outer Western Suburbs.

“Occupying a prime site in the heart of the community, Sunset Views is the latest addition to Homestyle’s portfolio of 11 homes based in metropolitan Melbourne and the Geelong-Surf Coast region,” he said.

Among the amenities is a gym run by Concentric Healthcare Services, specialising in physiotherapy and occupational therapy, which is open to the public; additionally, the home features a hair and beauty salon, complimentary café, library, Foxtel, wi-fi, and other conveniences.
