Property professionals are confident price growth will accelerate in all states with sentiment positive for the first time in NAB’s survey since early 2018 following the lift in house prices over the past three months.
Victoria was the strongest market while NSW was the most improved. WA also had positive results, which suggest the market there could be coming out of its downturn.
