ACSA is seeking your help to help the industry make a submission to government. ACSA needs up-to-date figures on the number of ILUs that attract Commonwealth Rental Assistance i.e. where the ingoing contribution is less than $124,500. These housing units, sometimes known as rentals, are generally located in retirement villages but others may be dotted throughout the community. In 2002 there were over 34,000 units Australia wide or 27% of all aged care housing. This statistic needs to be updated.
