Ingenia sells one retirement village to RetireAustralia; commits to buy 100 manufactured homes

Ingenia has sold its 149 unit Settlers Noyea Riverside Village at Mount Warren Park (QLD) to RetireAustralia for a net $5.3 million through Shane Nicholson at Colliers (representing a 4% discount to the current carrying value).

Ingenia states the sale releases capital for immediate recycling into its higher yielding manufactured home estates. To overcome their recent supply chain challenges, Ingenia is contracting with Parkwood Modular Buildings and Glendale Homes to deliver 100 new manufactured homes in the financial year 2015, which they will sell for approximately $300,000 each.
