Instagram has announced that it is testing a few variants for its business as well as personal profiles. While the changes on personal profile are only cosmetic, it’s the business profile that caught my attention.
I have highlighted them in the picture above and as you can see, there are quite a few new tabs like Shop, Call, Start Order etc. that have come up.
Clearly Instagram is upping its game as a shopping destination and it will be interesting to see how marketers use these tabs in the days to come.
These changes will be rolled out in a phased manner and you might not see these on your profiles immediately though.
