Jill Bowkett was award Manager of the Year at the annual RVA conference in Melbourne last week. Jill was commended for her work with residents to audit and introduce sustainable living initiatives. These included reducing the electricity bill by 50% and reducing greenhouse gases.
The runners up were Kevin Fidock (NSW, Australian Unity), Di Williams (QLD, Holy Spirit Care Services) and Kaye Ireland (WA, RSL Menora Gardens and Pearson Villages).
