The pioneer of prestige retirement living, Kevin Ryan (pictured below), has launched has returned to the village sector in NSW’s Southern Highlands, 90 minutes from Sydney, launching sales for his Bowral development.
12 months after announcing the project Ryan is received DA approval for 135 residents and facilities on his 17 ha site, which was our Lady of the Sacred Heart School.
Firmly targeting the upmarket Southern Highlands affluent market, Waterbrook offers 1 to 4 bedroom homes in the Bowral garden style (pictured), 24/7 concierge, in-house nurse and physiotherapist, significant emphasis on ‘wellness’, high end restaurant, fully restored historic memorial theatre, and more.
Prices start at $900,000 up to $2 million.
Through the 2000s Ryan created two 6 Star Waterbrook villages (Yowie Bay and Greenwich) which were acquired by Lendlease in 2014.
A second Waterbrook is waiting for DA approval at Bayview (golf course) and he informs us that he has several other Waterbrooks in early planning stages.
