Lend Lease looks to baby boomers who want to live closer to the city from medium to long term retirement village growth and the new product will be very different to today, according to Tarun Gupta, the CEO of Property.
He was quoted in the financial review: if you saw us in five years time from now, you would probably see lend lease offering product to the new demographic that is coming through in the product doesn't exist today.
He also explained that they were not considering the provision of aged care themselves but rather they are likely to develop strategic alliances which could include co-location in the villages.
