Lendlease glitch reveals more about co-located care plans

1 min read

Lendlease was testing the publishing of its annual report online when a search engine swept it up 24 days before its official public release.

The accidental part release shows the village operator is on track to expand and offer residents a “continuum of care”.

As we revealed here in May, the village operator was the big winner in the latest Aged Care Approvals Round (ACAR), winning 756 of the 9,911 beds on offer.

At the time, Lendlease said the beds would be utilised at seven of its villages.

The leaked pages state the operator plans to build aged care facilities adjacent to some of its 71 villages and partner with “specialist providers” to manage them.

Will we learn more details when Lendlease releases its full results on 28 August?
