Life Care Plans Five-Storey Aged Care Park in Everand Park

SA’S NFP village and care operator Life Care is pushing ahead with plans to expand its aged care home in Everard Park into a five-story complex.

Life Care has been going strong on new developments since 2017. The long-delayed expansion to the existing development in Everand Park is one step closer after Life Care received the green light from the Unley council to allow the five storey development in a maximum two storey height neighbourhood.

The planned development would offer retirement living, supported and full-time care, a café and wellness centre.
