Life Care wins UDIA National Award for Gaynes Park in Adelaide

Life Care’s Gaynes Park residential aged care home and assisted living accommodation in Joslin, Adelaide, has won the Seniors Living Award at the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s National Awards.

Architecturally designed in consultation with Stirling University Dementia Services Development Centre in Scotland, UK, Gaynes Park Manor describes itself as “The Pinnacle of Care”.

Life Care opened Gaynes Park Suites in May last year, as The SOURCE reported. It was a project of North Sydney-based architects Marchese Partners (Life3A) and built by Adelaide-based Mossop Construction and Interiors.

Gaynes Park Manor also won the 2018 Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Award for Best Architecture in Aged Care.
