Lifestyle Communities acquires second site on Bellarine Peninsula – 3,700 home sites now in its portfolio

The land lease operator has a Contract of Sale to purchase the 170-home site block in St Leonard’s, 33km east of Geelong (and a filming location for the Australian TV series SeaChange).

Close to the beach and town centre, the site is Lifestyle Communities’ fourth in the wider Geelong area and will see its portfolio increase to 3,730 sites in planning, development or under management.

As we reported here in April this year, the operator secured $225 million in new longer-term debt facilities with Commonwealth Bank, NAB and HSBC Bank to secure new, longer-term debt facilities to fund new communities.

Lifestyle Communities now has 18 communities across Victoria.
