Listed Retirement and care stocks remain down

There has been no bounce since the 17 and 24 September Four Corners aged care programs (except Japara that has a little kick up). September 12 was the peak before the decline.

Heathley was also planning a $600M public listing of its Healthcare REIT, featuring 12 aged care properties valued at around $100 million and ambitions of a $1B portfolio. It may now be on hold.
