Their Caboolture land lease community won the tourism and leisure facilities up to $10 million category for their country club.

It cost $8 million and includes the lounge, bar, ballroom and cinema.

Emphasising their lifestyle offering to retirees, other facilities at Living Gems Caboolture include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, tenpin bowling alley, barbecue pavilion, gym, Bowling Green, tennis court, Virtual golf, games room, hair salon, library, music room, workshop, and an arts and craft studio.

Living Gems Toowoomba also won the same award last Friday for its country club in the Toowoomba region’s Master Builders Housing and Construction Awards.

Living Gems has eight land lease communities plus partnered with Singaporean conglomerate Thakral in a joint venture called GemLife to build 1,600 land lease community homes.
