1 min read

The only site designated for integrated health in the town of Beenleigh, the home of Logan City Council, 35km southeast of Brisbane CBD, is for sale.

The 1.25ha site at 45 York Street has development approval for a 126-bed aged care facility (image).

Logan City Council has granted approval to build the facility on the northern half of the site, which is vacant and cleared land.

The site also has been granted a “Concept Development Scheme” for a 422-bed hospital and integrated health facility, aged care home and post-acute care.

It is the only site in Beenleigh with the integrated health designation and a 32m allowable height limit.

“The city of Logan is one of the largest and fastest growing cities in Australia and this site is set to benefit from $18.9 billion of infrastructure investment in the pipeline,” said Ray White Commercial Queensland Director and Head of Investment Sales Tom Barr.
