The Herald Sun reports Anita Kramarz faces losing her registration after a police raid on her home found empty boxes of oxycodone ordered from a local pharmacy in the name of residents at the Lysterfield facility where she worked.
Ms Kramarz already pleaded guilty to trafficking a drug of dependence and obtaining the oxycodone pills by deception last year and was placed on a Community Corrections Order without conviction.
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) has now found she had engaged in professional misconduct and was not a fit and proper person to hold a registration as a nurse – a reasonable deduction.
