Mercer announces significant new B2B market segment for the retirement living and aged care markets

The Australian arm of the global consulting firm has pioneered a Business to Business service to be taken up by large corporates, titled Care & Living with Mercer (CaLM).

Two years in development, it is a concierge service for employees to take the time and ‘hassle’ out of finding retirement and aged care services for either themselves or their family.

To be formally announced later this week, it will launch with an audience of more than 50,000 people, but with advanced ambitions of several million staff and others who will have access.

CaLM is the brainchild of Will Burkitt (pictured right), Mercer’s Leader of Retirement Innovation and Care & Living with Mercer.
